High-achieving women feel unsafe in success.
It's not a mindset problem. It's a nervous system problem. And it's fixable.
The Regulated Woman is a somatic approach for women whose bodies stayed in overdrive even after the outer success arrived. This is nervous system retraining — not mindset work, not more discipline.
A softer kind of strength.
Not less ambition. More capacity to hold it.
The approach
Your nervous system is part of the plan.
This approach brings together guided body-awareness practices, reflection, and education.
Notice the pattern
Learn to notice the body signals that show up when you are under pressure.
Build a steadier response
Practice simple body-awareness tools to notice what is happening and choose how to respond.
Grow from a grounded place
Bring that attention to ambition, work, relationships, and the everyday decisions that shape your life.
How it works
Make room to notice, practice, and choose.
The practices are small and repeatable, with room for observation in everyday life.
01 / ARRIVE
Notice what is here.
Begin with honest attention to your body, your patterns, and the places you feel pulled out of your center.
02 / PRACTICE
Make space for choice.
Use practical regulation tools to work with activation, not against yourself.
03 / MOVE
Let growth be yours.
Notice what is happening in the work and life you are already choosing.

The person behind the work
Who I am.
I'm Brittany Fleischer — a licensed professional clinical counselor and the author of The Regulated Woman: Why High-Achieving Women Feel Unsafe in Success — and How to Change It.
I work with women who have done the work. The therapy, the mindset programs, the courses and the books. They can name their patterns and speak the language of healing fluently — and their bodies still don't feel safe in what they've built.
That isn't a character flaw and it isn't a failure of mindset. It's a nervous system running a protection program that was built for survival and never updated for success. Your body doesn't need to be overcome. It needs new evidence.
